Employment & Employer Services (E&ES)
HANDS-ON DATA COLLECTION THROUGH REGULAR CHECK-INS AND SITE VISITS
E&ES uses a hands-on approach to gather data, conducting regular check-ins, site visits, and in-person meetings with both employers and employees. This method allows E&ES to capture both quantitative metrics and rich qualitative insights, ensuring that the data they collect reflects the real-world impact of their workforce programs.
In-Person Check-Ins with Employers and Employees: E&ES schedules regular check-ins with employers and program participants to gather first-hand data on performance, engagement, and job satisfaction. By speaking directly with employees, E&ES obtains insights into how well they are adapting to their roles, the challenges they face, and the skills they’re developing. These personal interactions provide a deeper understanding of job satisfaction and workplace dynamics.
Site Visits for Observational Data: E&ES conducts site visits to observe the work environment and assess how well program participants are integrating into their roles. These visits allow E&ES to gather observational data on job performance, teamwork, and company culture. By witnessing the workplace firsthand, E&ES can identify factors that support or hinder job retention and performance, helping them refine program strategies.
Survey-Based Feedback from Employers: In addition to in-person data collection, E&ES gathers feedback from employers through regular surveys. These surveys capture employer perspectives on candidate quality, role alignment, and the overall success of workforce placements. Employer feedback helps E&ES adjust their training and placement strategies to better meet employer needs, fostering stronger partnerships.
Tracking Engagement and Development Over Time: E&ES emphasizes tracking metrics related to employee engagement and skill development over time. By monitoring participants’ progress within their roles, including any promotions, additional responsibilities, or new skills acquired, E&ES can demonstrate the long-term value of their workforce programs. These insights are shared with employers to showcase the ongoing benefits of their partnerships.
