Product Director
In their role as Product Director, Becca works directly with Nexus members to determine the priorities and future plans of the Nexus and its projects. Before launching The Innovation Nexus, Becca helped grow Chicagoland CareerPathways and Talent Solutions Connector alongside Origami Works Foundation and the Chicagoland Workforce Funder Alliance. Becca hopes to guide The Innovation Nexus to become a unifying space for organizations who share her passion for intentional, equitable workforce practices.

Whitney Wilson (she/her)
Directory Manager
As the Directory Manager at The Innovation Nexus, Whitney ensures that the data in Chicagoland CareerPathways and Talent Solutions Connector is up-to-date. She is passionate about helping people overcome barriers to rewarding careers and connecting employers to resources to help them build their teams. Before joining The Innovation Nexus, Whitney worked as a directory administrator and project manager at Origami Works Foundation. She is thrilled to be part of this exciting new project!
