In their role as Product Director, Becca works directly with Nexus members to determine the priorities and future plans of the Nexus and its projects. Before launching The Innovation Nexus, Becca helped grow Chicagoland CareerPathways and Talent Solutions Connector alongside Origami Works Foundation and the Chicagoland Workforce Funder Alliance. Becca hopes to guide The Innovation Nexus to become a unifying space for organizations who share her passion for intentional, equitable workforce practices.
