- Program Director: Provides strategic oversight, cultivates high-level employer partnerships, and represents the organization across community and employer networks.
- Program Manager: Oversees day-to-day operations while managing and sustaining key ongoing employer relationships.
- Program Coordinators (2): Responsible for outreach to new employers, the Program Coordinators manage recruitment events, attend job fairs to source opportunities, and initiate new employer connections.
- Employment Specialist & Employment Counselor: Works closely with the job seeker and the on-site workplace managers to support individual candidate placement and retention.
